Our facility is looking for competent RN Charge Nurses who can perform a variety of tasks that help in the delivery of the highest quality patient care:

• Assessing a patient's temperature, blood pressure, and other key indications
• Handling basic patient care responsibilities, such as changing a bandage or catheterization
• Tracking the patient's health, mood, and actions and relaying any concerns to an RN Unit Manager or the attending Physician
• Patient recounts significant memories involving family members
• Instructing patients on their medical care, elucidating the treatments recommended by their doctors, and addressing any apprehensions they may be feeling
• Executing medication distribution as directed by physicians to patients
• Vaccines do not only protect the individual receiving the shot, but also those around them, especially individuals who may not be able to get vaccinated themselves
• Working alongside CNA’s and NA’s to provide optimal care and comfort to patients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• The nurse is in good standing with the Federal and State licensing authorities and meets all the necessary licensure prerequisites
• Nurses must have updated knowledge and the necessary abilities to manage modern healthcare technology effectively
• Using digital records for patient history and trends allows for more personalized and effective care plans
• Someone who has completed the curriculum required in a licensed practical nursing school and been awarded a degree
